SHIPPING
When you place an order on Tegu.com, in-stock items leave our shipping facility on the same or next business day. We initiate shipments Monday through Friday, and please see below for more specific details. All contiguous U.S. orders (48 states excluding AK and HI) whose final total is over $100 will ship free via UPS Ground. The order total must be $100 after all discounts, promotions, gift certificates, and cash vouchers. Taxes and shipping do not count towards the $100 order minimum. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to a PO Box or to an APO address. If you place an order before 2pm Eastern Time, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. For example, if you are ordering a set on a Tuesday and need it to be delivered on Thursday, the shipment method required varies based on the time the order is placed. Prior to 2pm, FedEx 2-Day delivery will have it delivered on Thursday. After 2pm, FedEx Overnight delivery would be necessary to have it delivered on the same Thursday.
